Those who know me consider me as a health nut, fitness fanatic or “Mrs. Fitness.” I’m okay with being known for either one of those, but there’s much more to me than just fitness. I’m an Active Duty Soldier of over 17 years, a happily married wife, and a proud mom – I just LOVE fitness, nutrition, and helping others to enjoy the same and live healthier and more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about it because I’ve had a lot of the same fitness, nutrition, and financial struggles myself. Now, I’ve figured a few things out… ANYONE can achieve in this fitness business.

With my military experience, I’ve learned the importance of fueling your body, working out, and having a positive mindset that will get you through any situation. These are very important during any deployment when you are separated from everything familiar to you and your loved ones. In my pursuit to become a fitness professional, I’ve learned more about nutrition, extreme dedication, training, and the power of your own potential when you set your focus on a goal and let NOTHING get in the way.

After being in this business for a couple of years, I’ve had the ability to generate respectable income without ever having to leave home. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet many celebrity fitness trainers and creators of programs like Insanity, P90X, TurboFire, PiYo, Body Beast, and many more. Although I am proud to serve my country, this will not last forever and I look forward to being able to spend more time with my family. I’m most interested in setting my OWN hours as I continue to contribute to the household with passive income.

Faith and family are first in my life, but I am passionate about being healthy and fit and helping others experience that as well. I am always looking for passionate people to help others live fuller lives and find their purpose to be on a fit and healthy journey.
